got up about 0946 but to make the maths easier lets call it 1000.
it's now 1624, and i still haven't had a single drag on a cancer stick.
i did end up having a panic attack over it and that was fucking scary, however here is the reason why i love to roll up: My dad said i didn't want one when i went to roll up. and he was right i didn't want a cig, i wanted to relax, and rolling up relaxed me. That was at about 1500, and since then i've chewed on my licorice just to have something in my mouth to help with my boredom, and i've played with my belt and spun the cig in my fingers to keep my hands busy instead of sparking it up.
though i do think my body craves the nicotine, because even as i type this (which keeps my hands busy) I'm chewing on my licorice root, and i still really want to smoke....but that could just be because i'm writing about it. so i'm going to try and wait till after been to the doctors before i spark it up.
