feeling fat
just because i say I'm fat does not mean you need to man the harpoons it simply means that i feel as though their is a greater amount of fat to muscle on my body.

You don't have to be over weight to be fat, and you don't have to be fat to be over weight. Being fat is a reference to your muscle to fat ratio, not to your weight. So when I say I'm fat, what I mean is that I need to put on weight in the form of muscle, not loose weight in the form of fat.

Just thought I'd post this, so that i can refer people to it at a later date.

fat=no muscle
over weight = means big person
man the harpoons = fat and over weight
