how to label
Labels should not be based on clothing and music, it should be based on the attitude of the person. You can look like you belong to a certain label, however the truth of the matter is, your personality is what classes you into any form of label.

Goth. Like the darker side of life. Death intrigues them, they see it as a key part of survival.

Gangster. Someone who's activities involve being in their gang. Often out to impress someone else in the gang, usually who ever they think is the top dog. The plan of any gangster is to get to the top. The difference between a gangster and a banker, is a gangster doesn't have trouble breaking your neck if you're in his way.

Banker. Someone who's main concern is getting everything from life. Will usually dress for success, and looks down on anyone who doesn't. A banker is the type of person who will never let you borrow money, but will lend you it, because then they have you in their pocket.

Emo. Someone who is highly emotionally strung, often linked to depression, but the truth of the matter is they just can't handle their emotions. Often hidden under the disguise of other labels however emo's are not attention seekers. If they had better control over their 'negative' emotions, then they would most likely belong to another label, however until they sort them selves out their stuck in a downward spiral

Attention seekers. These people again disguise under other labels, however what they want, is everyone to pay attention to them. It doesn't matter what they do, they just want this constant attention from who ever is around them.

Enthusiasts. Doesn't matter what it is that their enthusiastic about, they will all ways know more then you, because that's their life.

Norms. These are people who actually run the world. They don't aspire to much, they just do their job and their hobbies, and never make a noticeable mark

Anarchists. These are the ones who know what the rules are, and break them.

Examples:
Goths: None ... i can't believe i can't think of a none Gothic clothing wearing person who would fall under the classification of goth, guess that's because I'm not an enthusiast.
Gangsters: Army shoulders who pass on promotions because they want to carry on fighting.
Banker: That kid in class who excels in every lesson
Emo: The quite kid in the back of the class who no-one notices
Attention seekers: class clown, the kids who switch style as it becomes popular
Enthusiasts: Band kids, sports kids, geek kids
Norms: the people you pass as you walk down the street. The people shown in adverts. The people who just don't stand out, because they are the crowd.
Anarchists: the kids who flood the toilets at school. The people who walk down the middle of the road when the paths empty.

Oh and just to put things into perspective:
I'm at core emo, because i have very little control over how I'm feeling from one moment to the next. I'm a goth, because i want the majority of mankind to die off. I'm an anarchist, because I think rules has the wrong definition, and it should be guidelines. I'm an enthusiast because I can use terms from computers and expect the people around me to be able to understand what I'm on about. I'm an attention seeker, because I need a crowd to really start being anything.

conclusion
Humans are not soup, you can't put one label on us, we're too complex for a singular label.

note(s):
Though please call me goth, it's what i prefer, and the mainstream fashion for it is what i like. even though i know it's inspired from sci-fi, punks, and horror stories. (sci-fi=trench coat, punks = hair, horror = collar)

The names used here is for my benefit, please feel free to use other phrases to help, examples:
anarchists: punks, thieves, sociopaths
goths: freaks, sociopaths
bankers: entrepreneur
gangsters: trouble causers, fighters, warriors
