haunted
a mixture between day dreaming and memories makes us haunted by what we truly want in this life. When you walk into a room and expect to see someone there, even though you haven't seen them in a year and half, that is haunted. With out control over our memories, how can we ever expect to be fine in our selves.
Some people say computers are useless, where as someone like me knows the truth. Computers are logical. They can not make mistakes, it is physically impossible. Humans make mistakes, mistakes that can't be corrected. Want to know what makes computing so easy to learn and master?
Retry
Classic error message box gives three options; Abort, retry, fail. These options are not as easily available in life.
If a section of code doesn't behave as expected, the programmer can abort and correct the issue.
If a game doesn't go to plan you can return to a save and retry.
If life doesn't work the way you want, you can only fail.

Granted you can try another route to get to your goal, however to go back and alter something is impossible. Whats worse, is removing the evidence of the past is impossible.

Though for some reason, even if a was warped back in time, I can't imagine being able to change a single event that now haunts me every day.

I wish I could take away the pain I have caused people.
Though the wish would take away the happiness too.
Would it be fair for me to do that?
Rather then contemplate the idea of time travel, we should contemplate the right to time travel.

Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.
I live my life in sadness, so that others may live theirs better
